Payment & Refund

Al vending machines first authorize the door to open, then charge after the user selects items. Pre-authorization ensures the user's card has sufficient funds, guarantees a smooth payment process, and prevents unpaid orders.

The user can apply for a refund on the mobile App or call the hotline support.

After-Sales Service

To ensure a smooth process, customers are recommended to prepare a level, dry location with stable AC power and clear the surrounding area. Necessary site permits should also be arranged beforehand.

After purchasing the machine, professional personnel will connect with the customer to provide manuals and various types of maintenance guides.

A standard 1-year warranty is offered on all parts (not exceeding 1% of the Original Order Amount). To extend coverage, an annual plan is available for $150 per year. Lifetime technical assistance and a dedicated service group are provided for seamless support.

A professional after-sales maintenance team provides timely services. After receiving a maintenance request, they will respond within 2 hours. For general faults, they will try their best to help solve them through remote guidance.
