BistroBox Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the continental United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).

Shipping Method & Cost

All BistroBox units are shipped via freight on a pallet and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. A freight carrier will contact the recipient to schedule a delivery appointment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For bulk or commercial orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Appointment

Since BistroBox units are shipped via freight, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the unit and that the location is accessible for a freight truck (e.g., no low-hanging wires, accessible driveway).

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order status through your account on our website.

Shipping Damage

If your unit arrives damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bistroboxvend.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For changes requested before shipment, we will do our best to accommodate them.
